OSU supports the development of future ministry leaders through educational partnerships, fellowships, mentoring, and practical ministry experiences.
Programs may include:
- Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Fellowship Stipends
- Leadership development initiatives
- Ministry internships
- Chaplaincy support and training
- Professional and spiritual mentoring
